CLASSES

Our classes are approximately 45 minutes of high intensity, total body workout, which will have an emphasis on strength / conditioning and core development. We add a teamwork element to the class as much as possible to cultivate a fun fitness environment. Some things we do in class are boxing conditioning and combos, sprints, jumps, strength work, ab/ core exercises, along with many other accessory items that we may incorporate into a circuit. Proven by our clients to be one of the most highly effective workouts, athletes can expect to feel leaner, stronger, and fitter from the first session
